Tai Chi - Qigong

Tai Chi is a 4,000 year-old practice and one of the best known martial arts of the Internal systems from ancient China based on Qigong and Taoist principles. Tai Chi originates from qigong, a discipline that has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. 

Tai Chi is often referred to as “meditation in motion” and involves a series of slow, meditative body movements and is one of the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body. It promotes healing by integrating a meditative combination of movement, controlled breathing, sound, and visualization. Tai Chi can be easily integrated into your daily life.

Qigong (“Chee -gung”)  is a way of cultivating and harnessing “life force” energy for health and healing, martial arts and peace of mind.

Yoga Classes with Elana Master...


Gentle Embodied Yoga

Elana Master leads this gentle yoga for all, whether you have limited mobility due to age or circumstance, have tightness due to stress, or are just looking for a peaceful way to start the day. This class is slow enough for those with chronic issues and deep enough for all to find healing and restoration. Beginning with guided breathwork, you are then guided through gentle postures from head to toe. You’ll leave this class rejuvenated, restored, and ready for the rest of your day. 

Friday's 9-10 am

Restorative Yoga

Elana’s signature class, with an individualistic approach. Informed with knowledge of the chakra energy centers, Elana chooses the particular breathwork, movement, and meditative practice that will address the specific needs and desires of the students. The movements are slow and gentle, using props to support a relaxing and restorative practice. The class finishes with the deep relaxation that the body and mind need. 

Tuesdays 5:45-6:45 pm

Yoga for Educators

Join a yoga class led by an educator, for educators. Do you spend your days, nights, and weekends at school, preparing for school, and thinking about school? You may need some energy replenishment! As an educator for 15 years, Elana Master understands the energy and effort it takes to teach students and has a passion for giving back to her fellow educators near and far. Join Elana as she guides you through an energetic restoration of the whole self, through breathwork, vinyasa/hatha/yin mix of movement, and meditation. (Non-educators are welcome to join.)

Yin Yoga Fusion

Yin poses and breath massage into the connective tissue where you hold onto blocked energy. We address the chakra system as well as the meridians to help release stuck issues in our body and emotional self.


Practice controlled movements and breathwork that enhance your overall health. Benefits include improved flexibility. increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and buttocks.
