Reiki was introduced to the western world by Reiki Grand Master Takata Hawayo. She trained John Harvey Gray, who introduced Libby Barnett to Reiki in 1979. Our founder, Shima Chayvet studied and was attuned in Reiki 1 and 2 and Reiki Master by Libby Barnett and was taught to maintain the integrity of this ancient healing art.​
