About The Event

Experience Sound Healing, designed to relax the mind and body. It can sometimes feel like a slight brain massage.

I use a 432hz tuned chakra crystal singing bowl set, perfect fifth tuning forks and my Shruti Box everytime and add in other tools intuitively during class.

Every soundbath is completely similar but so so different every day and time. I guided a visualization or use mantras to go along with the sounds.
