Join Elisabeth Matheson for an uplifting and grounding Drum Circle where rhythm becomes a pathway to connection, creativity, and presence.

No musical experience is necessary. Through the shared rhythm of the drums, participants are invited to let go of everyday stress, quiet the mind, and connect with themselves and the energy of the group.

Drumming has been used for centuries in communal and spiritual traditions as a way to celebrate, express, meditate, and create connection. The steady rhythm can help bring us into the present moment, encourage emotional release, and create a powerful sense of unity within the circle.
