About The Event

There is this space inside of us where we not only inherit the trauma of our parents and their parents before them, but their responses and reactions.

Over time, we begin to identify our lives and our paths with those responses, sometimes not knowing how to create and keep appropriate boundaries emotionally and spiritually with people in our lives, even those around us. We struggle with a plethora of emotions while trying to navigate some sort of acceptance and surrender to the lessons we need to learn, but sometimes lose ourselves in the process. When we add the collective struggles that are unfolding, we begin to question who we are and how to set boundaries that support us and keep us safe.

In this experiential workshop, we will explore through participant stories and examples, how we can separate our response to trauma from an inherited or influenced response and set healthy boundaries. These relationships also include parents and children that are already beyond the veil and the collective.

Some feedback from a class participant:

"Laura is worthy of your trust.

I speak from first hand knowledge as I have attended several of her workshops plus one to one sessions. That trust is built from a high level of integrity and respect she has for people. She loves people. She loves making a difference. Laura is a person with an abundance of compassion and empathy. There is more.. she has remarkable gifts of perception which are extraordinary. She knew things about me and my family no one except me was aware of. Yet this talent is coupled with a gentleness, humility, and reverence to the vulnerability of our inner authentic selves.

No one leaves her workshops and session without a having a powerful and moving experience."
