About The Event

There is this space inside of us where we not only inherit the trauma of our parents and their parents before them, but their responses and reactions.

Over time, we begin to identify our lives and our paths with those responses, sometimes not knowing how to create and keep appropriate boundaries emotionally and spiritually with our parents or our children. We struggle with a plethora of emotions while trying to navigate some sort of acceptance and surrender to the lessons we need to learn, but sometimes lose ourselves in the process.

In this experiential workshop, we will explore through participant stories and examples, how we can separate our response to trauma from an inherited response and reclaim our own inner process. These relationships also include parents and children that are already beyond the veil.
