About The Event

Yoga Therapy can support those from special populations, such as retail workers, or caregivers, as well as those with certain conditions, like anxiety or asthma. It can be offered one-on-one, or in a group setting. It is not a substitute for Western medicine, but can be a beautiful complement.

Come to the information session to learn more about this practice. Expect to engage in light movement, do some journaling or coloring, and be exposed to some different tools for managing our lives off the mat. Participation, including sharing with a partner or aloud, in what is being offered is optional, and there will be a brief time at the end of the presentation for general questions.
