About The Event

The role anger has played in our life stories and within our familial paradigms has led many of us to interpret anger and our relationship to it from a reactive and inherited space. The complexity of such an emotion, in both its positive and negative polarities, has something to offer us if we could only hold its energy and narrative in a place of stillness. This class requires participation as we will work with familial paradigms and thoughts created around anger to shift perspectives across generations.
