🌿 What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy-based wellness practice that uses gentle touch or hands held just above the body. Reiki practitioners traditionally work with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
Reiki Level IÂ introduces you to the foundational principles and practice of Reiki. Through the Level I attunement, you are introduced to the Reiki energy and begin developing your ability to work with it through your hands. Many practitioners also describe becoming more aware of their intuition and inner connection as they develop their practice.
