About The Event

Yoga Therapy can help you navigate that anxiety. In our therapeutic sessions, we will work with all dimensions of our being to address whatever our particular variety of anxiety looks, sounds, and feels like, to begin to better manage it.

Yoga Therapy is not a replacement for your medical provider's care and advice. Anything offered in class is optional and should be approached with an open mind, patience, and grace.


This is a three-week series to help you along your wellness journey. Individuals will set goals, and we may discuss a group goal. Each week, we will explore a different theme. Expect to practice in some fashion between sessions. That may mean: journaling, practicing hand movements, or physical postures.
