About The Event

Lying down: Yoga nidra is typically practiced in a reclining position, known as shavasana (corpse pose). •

Guided imagery: The practitioner is guided through a series of visualizations and mental exercises that focus on the body, senses, and emotions.

Withdrawal of awareness: The practice encourages the withdrawal of attention from external stimuli and a deepening of inner awareness.

State of deep relaxation: Yoga nidra induces a state of profound relaxation that is akin to sleep but with conscious awareness.
