Kirtan is a musical meditation that helps to calm the mind while providing relaxation. Its soothing effect helps children develop concentration. Practicing fun yoga poses for strength and stretching is light-hearted and enjoyable.

Together, Kirtan and Yoga create a sense of togetherness and community.

ARTS & CRAFTS
3:00 - 4:30 PM

Fun and exploration through art and a time to interact with others in a beautiful and calming space.

WEDNESDAYS

FAMILY SOUND BATH
& SINGING
10:00 - 11:00 AM

A playful and interactive guided meditation for the whole family to enjoy together. Playing around with their breath, feeling the sound vibrations, and singing songs of positive affirmations. 

 

Getting the sillies out and calming their nervous systems.
